Responsibilities
- Manage Pastor’s office duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route messages accurately
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, editing, and communication tasks
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Provide exceptional ministry service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting membership needs
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other applications
- Experience with Realm software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or administrative support role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly with professionalism and integrity
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
